Design Development
Custom product development based on drawings, dimensions, and project requirements. We work from design intent—not from a catalog—to develop a manufacturable solution that fits the space.
Engineering
Develop manufacturable solutions around site conditions and design intent. We translate architectural drawings into fabrication-ready geometry, accounting for structural requirements, material behavior, and installation conditions.
Fabrication
Steel and wood fabrication using repeatable production methods. Products are built to consistent standards, with quality control at each stage of the process.
Finishing
Powder-coated steel and durable outdoor wood components. Custom powder-coat colors can be specified using RAL color standards. Wood components are treated for long-term outdoor performance.
Custom Geometry
Circles, arcs, radii, curves, and site-specific configurations. This is the core of what differentiates Rainwater Elements—the ability to fabricate to the geometry of the space rather than forcing the space to accommodate a standard product.
Value Engineering
Alternative solutions for projects where specified products exceed budget. We study the specified product and develop a manufacturable alternative that preserves the design intent while improving project economics.

Drawings, product information, finish selections, and submittal support. We provide the documentation needed to move a project through the approval process.
